So Fedex picked up my defective unit yesterday, today Fedex comes by and drops the laser off at my house. So I checked tracking and it shows the Glowforge refused my package and had it return to sender. Has this happened to anyone else? I dont want my account to become deactivated since I havent sent my old unit in.
