Glowforge saying it's "offline"

Hello,

So I got my replacement glowforge today and went through the setup process. It connected to my WiFi and told me I was ready to cut, I then go to the dashboard and try to run a test piece and it says it’s offline. I’ve tried everything. I’ve reset everything, unplugged everything. Went through the setup process again but when I go to cut it’s offline. Any advice?

Double check that you have selected the replacement machine in your interface and not the original machine.
select machine.
