Glowforge Shows Offline and will not connect

I received a replacement Glowforge today and after setting up, it still shows offline. I have gone through the setup MULTIPLE times with 2 different wi-fi connections. It says congratulations you’re connected, but when I go to try to the dashboard, it shows offline. I sent a ticket to support, but I am way behind on my orders due to my machine needing replaced and really need to get up and running tonight. Anyone have other suggestions? Thanks!

In the right hand corner where the name of your Glowforge is, make sure you have selected the replacement unit from the drop down list.
