I received a replacement Glowforge today and after setting up, it still shows offline. I have gone through the setup MULTIPLE times with 2 different wi-fi connections. It says congratulations you’re connected, but when I go to try to the dashboard, it shows offline. I sent a ticket to support, but I am way behind on my orders due to my machine needing replaced and really need to get up and running tonight. Anyone have other suggestions? Thanks!
