Hello, my glowforge was purchased in August and I’ve used it a few times without issue. Today after using it and replacing the crumb tray it just shut down and I have not been able to turn it back on. The outlet works fine as i tested it with a lamp. Please help.
If you have a Pro there’s a safety interlock pin in the back that you’ll want to make sure is inserted fully.
