Glowforge stopping during print saying focusing

Hi my machine (Pro) keeps stopping after 10mins of engraving - yellow light comes on and says focusing.

help

The yellow light could be because of temperature issues or perhaps the white ribbon cable is not securely clicked into the printhead. What is the temperature in the room with the Glowforge?

Hi im from scotland and our temp is not warm just now. Ive two pro’s and only issues with one of them constantly. ive had this one for about a year and the other 8months.

Printerhead cable is securely in place also.

Now when switched on its not moving and just going yellow

What happens if you switch the printhead from your working Glowforge to this one with the yellow light?
