Was in the middle of cutting file and noticed that it was not cutting. Stopped cut, went to redo cut and still not cut. Then noticed what sounded like the water pump making a loud noise and there were bubbles in the tube. Turned off machine removed inline fan and noticed water coming out of fan. Moved glowforge and there was water under glowforge. Please help!
Keep the power cord removed until/unless support directs otherwise.
Sounds like a coolant line or reservoir failure. How long have you had the machine?
Got it in February
This will likely be a warranty replacement
