30 days, 4 phone calls, 6+ email communications. I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY REFUND. Are you kidding me?!? This is a joke. I want my money back NOW. I am apalled at the lack of customer service in this area. Twice they have referred to a reference number that supposedly my bank has information about. Wrong. This is not a problem with my bank. I cannot believe the ploy to avoid a phone conversation. Your attempts to keep me in an endless cycle of repetitive email responses will not work. I hope others who have experienced this nightmare will step forward. Maybe we can actually get a reaction… and our money back.
