After i got my glowforge set up and tried to cut a ear saver with glowforge proofgrade material and glowforge settings it did not cut.I tried it three times and went over my set up over and over again and still can’t figure it out.

Please share a screenshot of your interface showing the earsavers file and your settings.
Did you complete the first three cuts in the setup?
Is it possible you need to scroll down and click “accept”?
Are you getting a “No Artwork” message?

Hello there,
Sorry you hit a snag! Can you please post a photo of both the front and back of your print that didn’t turn out?
I fallowed the steps some from Glowforge sent me and fixed it.
