The files I am trying to open are SVG, but I get an error, saying this type of file is not supported, and that it has to be SVG , PNG, …… What can I do to fix this? It wont open SVG files that I have purchased or created.
Is the file something you’d feel comfortable sharing, so someone can check it out for you?

internet explorer, that’s what I have always used
I don’t know that it has anything to do with it, but I’ve not had much luck using IE with the GF. I use Chrome, and this file imported without issue to the GFUI.

I just looked at the file…and it is an SVG. I think I agree with @robermar36 that’s it’s a browser issue.
