I’ve used the Glowforge a handful of times. I’ve turned the machine on and off multiple times over the few days I’ve had it.
The plug it is connected to is fine. I checked my breaker panel too and it’s fine.
I’ve unplugged and replugged the glowforge but it won’t turn on with the switch on the back.
Please HELP? (I have no idea how long tech support will take to respond…)

When you say the “plug” is fine, do you mean you have plugged something else into that outlet?
The only other thing to try is swapping the cord with another, they are standard cables used on many devices like computers and electronics power supplies. If that doesn’t help, sounds like the power supply died.
Yes, my laptop is plugged into that socket now. I’ve tried both.
I’ve also tried another plug in the room.
I don’t have another cable of this type.
This unit is brand new, how can the power supply just die when it was just fine two days ago?
It happens, unfortunately. They are complex machines.
So that means shipping this entire unit off and waiting for a new one?
Wait for support to work out the details. Sometimes they can send one out in advance.
