Glowforge working fine but suddenly shows Offline with no change to Glowforge taken

Hello, I was using my Glowforge earlier today with no issue, but I now see a status of Offline, I did nothing, it simply went from it’s normal status to Offline with no action taken on my part. I have done the normal things, I have powered it off and back on, it is powering up and the lights are coming on and I hear the fan spin up and then back down, but nothing past that. I checked the wifi signal with my phone and I have plenty of wifi. I have put in a ticket but I wanted to post here to see if anyone else is seeing the same thing.

I suggest either using your phone as a hotspot to bypass your wifi. If that works, something (new appliance, neighbor, etc.) is interferring with your Glowforge. Or resetting the wifi by holding your print button until it flashes teal and going through the setup process.

Also if this isn’t your first machine, like say it’s a replacement or a second one, sometimes when you clear the cache or history of your browser, it defaults the UI to another machine, so you might want to check the machine name in the corner if you’ve had multiple machines.
