HI,
Ive had my glowforge plus for about a year and a half. a couple months ago i had an issue where it would stop engraving during a project. the fan was still running. it seemed intermittent. I went to try and engrave something just now and the glowforge stopped right before the engrave. the fan still running and the timer still counting down. i open the lid and the laser head doesnt move to home. so i power cycle it. the machine stays dark. nothing lights up. no sounds, fans or anything.
