Got those ribbon cable blues

So -
Ordered last TUES. Told them it was URGENT / ASAP… shippd by slow boat / stage coach on WED… not due here until THURS (8 days to cross the USA… Nah… not good).

Been trying to reach support all morning - had a great chat yesterday but they could not help / can’t take or ship orders. Looking for a ‘senior’ person to overnight me a cable today! Tried to PM @dan, @vee, @rita, @chelsea, etc. but nobody has read that either… NEED THIS ASAP!
