I want to place a large order, their price seems pretty great. But wanted to do my research before I put a large order in.
I had used some plywood of theirs a long time ago and it cut and engraved without issue. Didn’t try the MDF, but I’m sure it’s fine. The owners are good people, it’s not a scam or anything. They had a Glowforge themselves, don’t know if they still do, but that was their first laser before they upgraded.

Haven’t used that one, but I have gotten both fine MDF and plywood sheets (about 3/16" thick was my choice) from the shop “Wooditis” on Etsy that are sized to fit the GF bed. Really good quality.
