Every time I try to click the “upload a file” it just sits unresponsive as though i haven’t clicked anything. Has anyone else had this problem? this is my first day using the new dashboard and i’m really needing to get some prints done. Help!
I am not having that problem. Have you tried clearing your cache and/or using a different browser? Have you tried dragging and dropping the file onto the interface rather than uploading? Will existing files in the Dashboard open normally?
I keep getting an error message everytime I upload a file. Emailed support. This happened in the past and I guess it fixed itself but getting it again. Dont know what to do.
