Having Problems connecting my glowforge

I was following the steps to set and it said not internet connection when I tried our log in. I have xfinity as our internet provider. I would think it would be ok. I turned my computer and glowforge off for 1 minute like it said. Now it wont show the teal button.

Help please!

Hold the button down for 10 seconds or so and it will change to teal
