Having problems with dashboard

I have been trying to connect with dashboard and it keeps giving me error message.

Have you tried using a different browser? From this Community page, what happens when you click the Dashboard tab above?


It is in a loop…the error message comes up I click on “got it” then it loops back to error message

it all started when I tried to download a file

Use a different browser and see what happens or clear your cache and open the Glowforge app in a new window.
