I just thought I would ask here while I am waiting on the support team to respond to my email.
I just got my Glowforge today (yay new owner) and I went through all of the setup. I get to the section where I have to connect to my wifi and it just gives me the following error. I am able to connect to the Glowforge temp wifi that it broadcasts, but I cannot get it to connect to my wifi router.I thought maybe my wifi was not 2.4ghz, so I went to the store and bought a new router that is dual band. This one broadcasts both 5 and 2.4ghz.
After getting the new router setup, I went through the setup steps again and I am still getting the error with it not connecting to my wifi.
Does anyone have any thoughts?
