My glowforge is saying no printer head. I made sure all connections are connected. I cleaned the lens like I was supposed to. The lens remover piece cracked in half and I only had this machine for 2/12 weeks. I cleaned it because the focus was off and when I would use the bypass it wouldnt finish the piece. I need help.!!! I tried using the steps that was provided for the same error and its still not working.
