Hi the head went funny the day before yesterday. Turned on and off then this seemed to sort the issue. Yesterday ran a cut and turned around for less than a minute to find laser head had stopped in one place and was firing straight into the crumb tray as the acrylic had somehow shifted. There was considerable smoke ad fire in the crumb tray. I removed the crumb tray and managed to sort the fire out. Cleaned up the machine today being extra careful. When I turned it on it made all the usual sounds etc. Then I chamged the material and ever since then its just been a yellow light, its stuck on focusing. Theres no movement in the head or anything. No noises at all. Ive checked all cables inside and checked around outside. Please Help
