I messed up and didn’t change back to proof grade settings. Therefore ruined my material, anyone in vegas or Henderson have a small 3mm sheet of transparent blue?

Just get cast acrylic and you’ll be fine.
There are lots of plastic suppliers in Vegas, just google map search for “plastic supplier” and you’ll find lots of places to call about what they have in stock.
