Help getting the primary email address changed

Hi,

I’m trying to get the primary email address changed for my Glowforge updated. I’ve tried contacting support but in the last two weeks have only gotten one response with no answers to my follow up emails. I haven’t found a way to update the primary email address myself (and the one associated with the account is going away). Anyone have a trick to getting the email address changed?

Any help or tips are appreciated! Thanks!
