Hi. We’re in dire need of a replacement front carriage wheel. We contacted Glowforge on 11/12 offered to pay expedited shipping to which they graciously said they would cover, but they still haven’t shipped the product. Is there anything at all we can do??? We are so far backed up in orders, it’s killing our business.
