Help my glowforge will not move!!!

It just sits on scanning… I have done everything I can find on the forums!!

If you have tried everything then someone from support should be along .

Assuming you have already shut off your router and rebooted, have you tried turning off your wifi and using your phone as a hotspot to rule out wifi issues with your Glowforge?

Unfortunately, we’ve found that moving posts into the P&S section won’t create a support ticket – @brittanyaduboise will need to open a new thread in Problems & Support to get their attention.
