It was likely in the middle of something and got stuck. Turn off everything - your machine, your router, and your modem. Wait ~5 minutes then turn on your modem. Once it’s completely done powering up, turn on your router. Once that’s completely done powering up, turn on your . Once that’s completely done powering up open app.glowforge.com in either a new browser (Chrome or Firefox) or after clearing the cache in your current browser.
