My pro has never done this before, but yesterday it kept stopping to cool on every job. MY GF is clean, my vent is new and I don’t have anything blocking the intake, and everything is clean underneath the GF, my room is cool. I even have a fan running near the GF and I still get the message. Nothing appears warm nor do I feel any warm air.
What can I do…
You say the room is cool, what is the actual temperature?

It’s about 75 in the room. I just order room temperature and have it in a about an hour. But room temp is the same as always.

I went ahead and cleaned everything again…just to make sure.

is the lower right corner where the air gets sucked in clear?
no sheet of paper slid under and sucked up against the intake?

That’s what I was going to suspect too - make sure there’s nothing blocking the intake down there, and make sure the surface is clear.

It’s clear and always has. I even looked under it to see and all is well. I really didn’t see where air can go anywhere…LOL… but I cleaned up again…put the vent hose off, did another cleaning, and calibrated since I moved it to take a look. Now I will do some cuts and see what happens.

WOW, ok. so much for that idea. That is really odd.
