HELP! New Machine problems

Hello. I received my GlowForge yesterday and followed and all instructions for the set up. I was trying to print the Gift of Good Measure on the PG Draft Board. The first problem i encountered was the Air Assist Error and I needed to adjust the printer head. When I did that and cleaned everything that the GlowForge support asked me to do. To no avail I kept getting the error. I changed the material to PG Cherrywood, and I didn’t receive the Air Assist Error but instead the machine did the pattern without cutting the material. I checked the power settings, and everything was set to the correct power settings.

Hi @mareecachenoa. I’m so sorry you’ve run into so much trouble with your new Glowforge. I saw you also wrote us about this through email.
