I cleaned my access fan today for the first time. I watched a you tube. Video. Well I used an Allen wrench and took off the belt. Not from the side but from the part that holds the access fan. Well that part went missing. Now what? Can I get it at a local hardware place or where?
No idea what an “access fan” is. Perhaps a pic?

Ick. Use the instructions on the support site next time – there’s no need to take out any screws to remove the carriage!
