My camera lens is not working it doesn’t take a picture of material and the head of the glowforge does not move. I’ved check all the connections and everything looks good.

When did they change that? Ive had 5 machines and every single one that was sent back always had the clause “Emailing and posting opens 2 tickets”. Nice to know after I’ve wasted all these days lol
