Why will my glowforge not connect to my wifi
Could be several reasons. What is it doing when you run the wifi setup?

Do you have a 2.4 GHz band on your wifi router? The Glowforge will not connect to 5 GHz.

I moved my GF from Texas to Pennsylvania. I have new WIFI of course.
I am now back online.
