Help- “wheel” is off track

I don’t know that you can fix it, but this is what it is supposed to look like.

looks like that “wire” is a retention pin of some sort? Think you can get a shot of how that’s held in there? They might be able to work it out if you can.

From the looks If you could see through the arm the spring wire looks like a C Have made a half way drawing

The wheel floats up down the spring wire has a hump in it that goes in the top of the arm that holds the wheel on. This might help I hope
