We are still waiting for our 3rd replacement this year, we were told that we would receive a tracking number on the new unit so we can let our customers know when it will arrive to finish our Christmas order which we have already lost $670 + in orders. We have sent numerous emails and not one reply back yet. Can someone tell us where are machine is? The new machine shows up in our purchase history but no tracking information…I’m getting an Ulcer
