Hello, i have a question my engraving comes out light. i do not adjust anything, i thought it does that by itself. i used a piece of mable hardwood

Wood’s a natural material, how dark it gets when heated is going to vary piece of piece, especially with hardwood. Next time, if you don’t move the wood in your machine after the job is done, you can hit print again to run it a second time if you want to try to darken the engraving that way.
