It uses svgs, and you can create the best free easy designs for glowforge.

I kind of got carried away for a while playing with the Voroni generator. That could come in handy. 
I’ve heard about it but didn’t realize it was free. Thanks!

Hmm. not sure how that plays with the glowforge, but maybe i’m just dumb. I can do that in inkscape?
It’s just another option.
It’s also a good example of the value of having design tools in the UI.
