Holiday wooden bow.. how too?

I’ve downloaded the holiday bow from the free holiday designs email, that said It doesn’t come with any instructions has to thickness of wood to use etc. Also I don’t see what to fold the wood over like in the picture, unless it’s a veneer that we’re supposed to use… anyone made one yet?

i’m 99% sure you’re meant to cut that from veneer.
