After doing a light cleaning, I turned the gf on it moved to about half way point and thats it no other movement. I have restarted and troubleshooted eveything the gf said to do. Any other tips ?
Are you getting an offline message?
Try turning it off and positioning the head so the GlowForge logo is directly under the lid camera, then turning it back on. Sometimes when it sees the logo it snaps it out of it’s confused state…

nope, I also double check by adding a new design and it uploaded fine.
