Homing/Centering/Print Cancelled errors

I am getting errors of homing, centering and then print jobs stopping. This started last week. I don’t normally use this machine daily. I am a teacher in a design class and we use it about 2 or 3 times a week.

I have done the following:
cleaned camera
cleaned the top of the laser
cleaned out crumb tray (not really anything in it)
checked cable connections on lid and camera
turned off the computer and glow forge
updated browser (chrome)
restarted everything
used a different computer
eliminated other devices in the room for interference
wifi array is located in my room on the ceiling where it has always been and we have had no connection issues with any other devices (I have restarted it once as well)
proof grade or not, same issues

If you look at the picture, there seems to be a double picture/shadow on it like it is taking a strange double exposure or something. Ideas? Any other steps I can try?
