How can I get answers from Glowforge/supprt?

I placed an order on the 23rd and it shipped and was immediately shipped back to glowforge, I have sent nearly 5-10 support emails trying to find out whats going on. I have gotten 2 replys one said they were going to look into it and one said I didn’t give a number for shipping. I have responded and still don’t know what’s going on with my order. How do I get this resolved and figure out if I even have an order?? I have been sending emails every other day but still have no idea what’s going on!!! How do I get a proper response
