How do I change the name on my glowforge?

I just got my replacement glowforge and the old glow forge is still there.i didn’t change the name cause i thought the old one would be taken off my profile, but, it’s still there. How do I go about changing the name on my glowforge. It’s causing confusion.

You’ll need to send an email to support@glowforge. Even though this post opened a ticket, the will only change account details via email.

They can remove the old one, they did for me.

Posting here created a ticket. So, if you want to keep the name, just wait to have the old one deleted.
