How do I realign the laser? What is the board that I buy to do that with?

I believe you are asking about the lid camera calibration. Info is here: Alignment – Glowforge
You don’t need Proofgrade material for this as long as whatever you use is perfectly flat.

If it is the camera calibration, that’s something you do once the first time you set it up in a location (cuz things move around when you move it around). It’s not something to do repeatedly.
If your laser arm is no longer square because it got caught on something, or hit something, that’s a different procedure. Let us know!
