How focused should the inside camera be?

New owner and when I media into the tray and set it to detect, the focus of the picture is blurry, should it be actually sharp and in focus? I know this seems like a stupid question…

The picture is always a little blurry out at the edges of the bed due to the fisheye effect… is it too blurry to place your images, or does it not read the QR code? (If it does read the code, then it’s probably fine.)

You can sometimes improve the focus by running the Camera Calibration.

If it still looks too blurry you can post a screen capture here and folks can take a look at it and let you know if you should report it.

It scans the code no problem, was just wondering if close was good enough

If it reads the code reliably, you’re set.

Even machines that don’t are still considered in-spec.

That looks pretty good actually. Mine’s a bit fuzzier than that. I think you’re good to go. :slightly_smiling_face:

(You might still want to run the Calibration at that link I posted.)

No worries there. That’s actually pretty decent camera focus; better than mine as well.
