How long does a repair take? ALSO can't log into app?

I sent my GF in for repairs, it was delivered to GF wed, sept 16th. Through emails back and forth they keep saying “you should hear from us soon”, but still nothing. How long are repair timelines these days?

ALSO, although I can’t make anything, I have been designing cut files and uploading into the GF app to ensure the load correctly. However as of a few days ago I can’t log into the GF app anymore? Its saying the beginner screen

Any idea how to log back in??

They probably had to replace your account with theirs on the machine so they could work on it. That’s actually a good sign. :slight_smile:
