Saturday my glowforge decided to snap, crackle, and pop the power supply. I heard from Marc on Sunday about how to get a refurbished unit by emailing to the certain email address. It is now Tuesday afternoon and not a reply. How long can I expect to wait for a reply??
It can be several days. They have to arrange for the replacement unit, during working hours, and that comes from a different facility. Just be patient and if you haven’t heard back from them in 3 or 4 more days, you can follow up.
