Does this not have sound? I have my volume turned up on my computer, but I’m not hearing anything. I can’t watch and read at the same time!

Hmm. Apparently I need to contact Geek Squad to fix my sound. I didn’t realize it wasn’t working. I just tried to watch a movie on my computer and it also didn’t have sound. Ugh!
I called Geek Squad and they were able to fix my sound. Yay!
