It will go through the process, it will say ready print but then it appears to be starting when I push the blue light then it goes to yellow and then yellow turns off.
Double check that the printhead ribbon is securely clicked in to place and that the carriage is on properly. Support will be along to look at your logs soon.

Ps. I didn’t hear the cable click until the last time I connected it, so I believe that was the issue.
