I put a piece of acrylic onto my tray. I upload the art and the art is in the middle of the screen and it says I can print. I move the artwork over top of the piece of acrylic and it says no artwork. What am I doing wrong?
I’m guessing you are moving it out of the printable area. Engraves have larger margins, try moving the design further inboard.
