Sorry not a new topic but cant fine the answer. My GF has no laser it moves as its cutting but no laser. I have read the other topics on this issue with one caveat my machine is jerking as it is trying to cut with no laser I have tried the trouble shooting suggesting for my problem and nothing works and of course i am no longer under warranty. Also this happened after an hour long cut which did not cut through all the pieces went to go recut and no laser please don’t tell me im done!

I’d still reach out to Support, but it’s sounds like your power supply might be toast. If it were the tube that generally slowly gets weaker over time, not all of a sudden.
I don’t know that anyone has been able to replace a power supply sadly. Reaching out to support they may be able to hook you up with a refurbished machine.

I replaced mine, but if the power supply was dead there wouldn’t be any movement—the machine would just be dead.
I’d look at things like the white cable, the contacts under the head, and also check the windows in the left side of the machine and side of the head, and the lens.

The power supply has two halves and it’s possible to blow the high voltage laser supply while still having motion control. The machine acts completely normal but simply won’t fire the laser.
Unfortunately I know this from experience.
