Now I am fed up with GF support… I have tried to be patient, but… I have been emailing them for a month to date and they promissed to send a replacement as they “cannot fix the issue” over the internet. This was two weeks ago. No tracking yet.
Good thing I have two GF Pro’s (or so I thought) until my second one develops exactly the same symptoms as the first…
I email support yesterday via the “usual channels” but there is no answer… now I have to shut my store down, because I have no tools to manufacture my products and the worst part is all I can do is watch TV. And there is the GLOWFORGE COMMERCIAL PLAYING:triumph:
How about spending the millions on CUSTOMER SERVICE rather than TV ads???
