I just got my Glowforge and this is wrong

Can you help me up , I just open “app Settings” I found this

I have no idea who is this guy … Somebody activate my Printer under a different Email or User .

It’s just the account they use when testing the machine after assembly, they forgot to remove it. Support can clean that up.

Great , how can I reach them out ? I can’t enable my filter ,its means I cant use my laser Coz I live in an apartment …

You’ve already reached out to them – posting here opens a support ticket. :slight_smile:

There’s no harm in leaving that setting and having the filter attached. You’d want to turn it off to quieten things down, but it won’t hurt anything until support fixes it.
