I need assistant with an order

I made an order for printer head for 2 weeks and have not heard from customer support. I´ve tried many times, sending them mail leaving them messages, but no answer. I am desperate waiting for an answer.

Glowforge staff don’t monitor the discussion forums, but posting there will open a ticket with them.

The printer head is not a standard replacement part, however, so it may take them quite some time to get one for you. It usually requires sending in the entire machine but if they have committed to send one to you, it is probably just taking time to make that happen.
